For our patients without dental insurance coverage, we are introducing our Smiles Club Membership Programs, designed to provide greater access to quality dental care at a reasonable price.
Included in The Program
2 exams
4 digital bitewing x-rays
Full mouth series or panoramic x-ray
2 teeth desensitizing treatment (if indicated)
2 fluoride treatments (if indicated)
1 emergency exam and x-ray
Any intra oral photographs taken
20% off any diagnosed treatment (fillings, crowns, bridges, sealants, extractions, partials, exams, additional cleanings, etc.)
The yearly fee for the Smiles Club Memberships:
• Newly Established Patient $449
• Established Patient $399
